Blue Pepper Burger
Instructions
Crush the ground beef into pieces, mix spices and a small amount of half-melted butter (don't be afraid of bits).
Split the beef in 4 and press them all with hands onto baking paper, put 25g of roquefort cheese on 2 of these slices, and cover them with the other 2. Close and roll them into 2 balls.
Toast the 2 butter buns (in a toaster)
Put a generous amount of butter on the pan and cook the patties with an onion slice on it. Leave the onion slice and top bun over the patty steaming throughout the entire process.
In a pot, mix the remaining roquefort with crème fraiche and lots of pepper to make the sauce (consider changing).
Assemble the burger: bottom bun, sauce, tomato, patty, cheese, onion, upper bun. Add some fresh pepper and more sauce as you please.
Mix the tomatoes and salad on the side, with lots of sauce.
